How a week turns into a planet
Every session you record becomes something on the planet, and the week as a whole sets its sea and its colors. Scroll down and watch one made-up week build up, a session at a time.
1
A run raises a ridge
The route you ran becomes the line of the ridge, and a longer run draws a longer one. Each day of the week has its own slice of the planet, Monday to Sunday around the middle.
2
Climbing makes it taller
The same run on the same route, with a lot more climbing in it. The ridge stands up to match.
3
A ride carves a valley
Rides cut into the land instead of raising it. The more a ride climbs, the deeper the cut.
4
A swim digs a lagoon
It fills with water, and a longer swim makes it wider.
5
Lifting stands up rock
One spire of rock for every set, up to twelve of them. More weight makes them taller.
6
Yoga plants a grove
Pines around a ring of stones. Pilates, stretching and mobility work grow one too.
7
A treadmill gets built
There's no route to raise, so the planet builds a giant treadmill on a stone seat. A stair stepper or any other gym machine gets one too.
8
Sweat fills the sea
The same week with three times the sweat. The sea is the week's sweat, so it comes up to meet it.
9
Heat and effort pick the colors
The same week again, hot and mostly hard. The temperature your watch saw picks the colors, and hard work pushes them toward red rock.
10
A race leaves a monument
A session marked as a race gets a monument at its finish, and the course is painted red.
